#minecraft prank

I just pranked the everliving fuck outta my friend in minecraft. I convinced him that they added... *wheeze*

That they added fucking Cave Chickens to minecraft.

We were playing in Peaceful Mode (don’t judge me lol) and both of us were mining in different directions, and talking with a group over discord. Eventually I hit lava so I turned around to regroup. He wound up finding a lush cave, so I followed his torches in. I saw him and was about to approach when the realization hit me.

He doesn’t know I’m here. He doesn’t know that I know where he is.

And the trickster god said unto me, “Do it.”

So I turned around and quietly made my way back to the base. I went to the farm, and nabbed some eggs from my chickens. Now, the plan was to throw the egg at him and have him get all confused like “Wait I thought we were in peaceful mode why am I being attacked”

But... I missed. And he didn’t hear it.

However.

A fucking chicken spawned from the egg. I threw another, and ANOTHER CHICKEN SPAWNED. So now there were just... two baby chickens hanging out in a cave. 

I only had three eggs, the third didn’t spawn anything but two was enough. 

“Hey dude, did you know about the cave chickens?” “The what? Cave chickens?” 

“Yeah! They added cave chickens to minecraft! It’s a new thing, they’re just in the caves now.”

“Oh shit, really? Oof I think I went too far, I should head back.”

Perfect. Timing.

“Keep an eye out for cave chickens on your way back!” “Yeah I’ll look for em.”

So at this point I’m hiding just around the corner from the newly spawned chickens. I hear him coming.

“OH!!! I found one!!!”

“Oh wow really that was fast!” (Holding back laughter)

“OH SHIT THERE’S TWO OF THEM” (Full on cackling at this point)

He walked right by me and I was just wheezing so I had to tell him to turn back around. He saw me and was like ???

“Dude. There’s no such thing... as cave chickens. I threw eggs. I’ve been here the w-whole time--”

In the previous episode, CharmingMothman and I pranked ThomasToSpace’s build with the ultimate insult to his pro-Overworld, anti-Nether company: like a bazillion “withers” of assorted varieties invading his skyscraper.

 This episode we get to see his reaction!

Picture this: An SMP. Some guy has a generic skin with some signature features like I dunno, an enderman head.

Anyways,

The guy, whenever the SMP is being streamed by literally anyone (and given he gets into the frame everyday) he, italics, changes the color of something on his suit by one HEX value without ever mentioning.

At first I dunno his eyes are red, nobody gives a shit they are red, nothing too weird about it. Then after some time someone begins noticing they kinda look more magenta. He doesn't admit he's been changing their color every stream, so eventually it is just dismissed.

Or he manages to change the color of some feature on his outfit through the ENTIRE hex hue values wheel and nobody noticed.

Then some fans just come by and watch the old streams or make compilations of the funniest moments or similar stuff, like you do, and notice the changing of the sly fucker's skin feature color and just lose their fucking minds over the longest running SMP prank you could possibly achieve.

Like how many HEX values of hue you got? I can't even find an answer online, this shit's wild. The number is astronomical, so the changes every day will be incredibly, mindblowingly small. As. Fuck.

What I didn't plan for was placing it to test which angle it would place at AND NOT BEING ABLE TO PICK IT BACK UP! So, there's just a squid head by the ceiling.

I, full of shame, had to tell my base mate that I would figure out how to pick it up and wouldn't just leave it there because of my failed prank.

I shouldn't have pranked Notch like this. Nothing will ever be the same. 😢
