What I Mean by “I Am,” and why it is so important to add to our daily routine? - “I am” is a self-reinforcing statement, thus building confidence in yourself as you are saying it. You are associating the message of what you can achieve and what you do believe. When you speak it with confidence, you will continuously be able to say “I am the best person I can be,” by focusing on the direct meaning of this phrase. When you use “I am” in a negative way such as “I am afraid,” you are igniting the perception of fear. By saying “I am nervous,” you are causing any previous anxiety levels to increase, causing you to feel even more worried. Recognize “I can” works both ways, so when you practice every day on your positive reinforcements, you will be empowered to say “I can overcome anything!” - - What is your "I am" for the day?
