Mindfulness also involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without any judgement at the given situation. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than holding onto the past or imagining the future. Through mindfulness, one can bring peace to any situation, without allowing the surrounding environment to have an impact on him. Just like a cat. Happy #august This month is magical & potent as the gateway opens up to fuel up our dreamseeds, manifest our desires, and witness the growth of our true self. Much of this work may have begun a while back. Or these eclipses are making you more aware of what does or does not emotionally hook you in. Wherever you are in the time spectrum, know that time is infinite. Being present & acting on presence makes us more aware of this new relationship to self. For me personally this looks like not having an academic calendar dictate my time or schedule my dreams. It'll be the first time that I won't be teaching at a college or be a student. This new relationship to time has reconnected me to my true self and witness the growth of my dreams into reality: running my own businesses full-time. In my case, it feels like training wheels are off or swim floats are no longer needed. I can ride or swim with greater ease. There's still room for growth. Through compassion and loving kindness I see it, meet it, and move on. Soar high like eagle family.... If need support around this come experience a session with me.
