Fill up the gas, get your tyres checked. In the same way with physical pain the body is actually endeavouring to communicate something. ✅

Good morning, saw this and reminded me of the Naysayers, Doubting Thomases and Negative Nancys out there who “know” the price of everything but not the cost of failing to grow. They cut corners then wonder why their life is full of roadblocks.

There is #BigDifference between price, cost and value.

The TRUTH is You are worthy. You are incredible. You have huge potential. Most of the time people expend their potential in worrying, doubt, fear, anger and a state of hopelessness. Why feed your doubts? Why think the worst? Why punish yourself? Why? 🤔

In a world where the media and others including the manipulated thoughts portray so much doom isn’t it time you did one thing. Well actually TWO.

1. Trust. ✅

2. Truth. ✅

Trust in how far you have already come. Too often we don’t stocktake where we are because there is always seemingly more to do. Trust the process of life. Everything CAN be accelerated. Your joys or your pain. You choose. 💥

Truth. Seek the truth. Your mind can take you out the game. Ask. Listen. Don’t be too harsh on yourself. Be kind to you and others. 💥

These are keys to Prioritising you. 🙏
