HAPPY ZELDA MONTH!!!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a review of the manga series only and does not reflect the thoughts of the original games. They are two different entities and I will be treating them as such.

The Story

The story is about Link having a grand small adventure!

The story could of been good, but it feels like a generic kids movie. The story is predictable and Vatti being redeemed at the end felt too forced (and plus, Four Swords, need I say more?)

The Characters

The characters felt really forgettable in this one. Even though they have some new, unique characters, they are never explored and have every cliche in the book.

The Art

The art is good, but forgettable. It just feels too flat and lazy.

Final Thoughts

Overall, this volume is the weakest Zelda manga so far. The story is generic, the characters are boring and the art looks uninspired. Honestly, just skip this one!

Day 1: When was your first time playing The Legend of Zelda, what game was it, and how was your experience?

My first time playing Zelda when I was around 4 or 5. It was Link's Awakening.

At the time I didn't really understand what Zelda was at the time. So I wasn't good at it at all. I kept restarting just so I could watch the intro which I thought was the coolest thing ever at the moment. On top of it being my first time playing The Legend of Zelda, it was actually my first time playing video games at all. I had just learned to read so my brother thought he would start letting me play his games.
