okay uh itft analysis about the mime clock scene and my interpretation lol (this kind of just dawned upon me today while i was explaining the lore to someone)
First off the balloon that says "Happy Birthday Lucas" which No Way points out and mentions it's been floating around there the whole time, which i think symbolises Lucas, from what 10 reveals, has been here this entire time the season started, this causes clock to freeze in panic.
we THEN cut to seemingly a distorted void that lucas is suspended in with a faint view of the outside, lucas in place of clock. Their name being mentioned alerts them which they turn to face the same way clock is looking, which makes the next bit in the episode very important.
Clock quickly snaps out of it, seemingly back to normal, the next action we see herself do is stab herself in her own eye, which seems very random at first, and seems like its in clock's nature, but i do think it's lucas' strange attempt to communicate through the outside world, like both bodies working together kinda.
Since Lucas is currently Clock's soul and is currently trapped inside clock, suppose stabbing the body you're trapped in right in the eye is one way to communicate.. a link to the soul perhaps.
Maybe perhaps as Clock's power weakens, as Mars Rover mentioned, Lucas might be able to gain more control over clock as the hours tick by as a last desperate plea for help.. i can see this maybe happening in 11 potentially.. so mime clock might not be a one off thing.
So yeah, Clock seemingly does the random mime thing with no rhyme or reason (as he does with most things) I think the invisible box symbolises Lucas being stuck in well.. an invisible place where no one else can see, and since Lucas can't talk, best thing is to mime it out..
Saw someone else point it out on twitter but i don't think those gestures clock doing are random, they've gotta mean something but don't think im smart enough to figure it out yet lol, though they're eratic and very panicky, lucas is not a good mime </3
(haha get cubed idiot) guess this symbolises how trapped Lucas feels? or how little time he has left as well before he dies (as later revealed in the episode) or how lucas feels being trapped maybe, though lucas doesn't know that he's likely going to possibly die. (till much later)
Clock soon snaps out of it, yeah she's not really sure whats going on either 😭 clock is fully back in control!
i also think over the course of some episodes, lucas unconsciously did influence clock which i guess makes sense when you're unwillingly use some random bum's soul.
but yeah thats my analysis for that scene lol
