Badass Operator

Finally, I get to actually write something.

My order from OpticsPlanet, as well as MilSpec Monkey, just arrived. So I figured, instead of video taping me taking apart boxes and opening bags, I took pictures of all the good stuff. So, without further adieu, here we go.

Not much to see here, other than a cardboard box and my wonderful ZT0400 knife sitting on top.

The MilSpec Monkey Envelope

I just want to make this clear. I love MilSpec Monkey. They have awesome stuff, and for reasons explained below, he is just a generally awesome guy. And it's always sent USPS priority.

This is the first patch in the set, my Canadian flag patch. I put it up against my MultiCam gear so you can see what the MultiCam style of Milspec Monkey blends in with original Crye Pattern.

This is my favourite patch of the bunch. The Hadji Don't Surf patch in MultiCam. If you didn't watch Apocalypse Now!, then you wouldn't get it. But it's still insulting, none the less.

This patch isn't for me, though I like it none the less. It's a gift for someone at airsoft that likes to run everything. HMFIC stands for Head MoFo In Charge. It's in UCP because he runs an ACU load out, if you're picking up on that.

These aren't patches at all, nor are they made by that military DJ. They are ITW TacLinks, or as I like to put it, big-ass polymer carabiner. They also supposedly have IR reducing technology and other stuff. I just bought them because I needed carabiners, and they look awesome.

Also should have mentioned, he threw in a free U.S Flag PVC patch. Which was totally awesome of him.

This piece of kit is the one that surprised me most. The one item that I ordered from the most reputable tactical gear manufacturer, Blackhawk!, is the only one on my list that was not made in the USA. Peculiar.
