Sinister 2 ( Mylan )
Dylan: I think I love you, Milo.
Milo: A horrible decision, really.

@familicide A sunny day and Veronica refused to go outside and enjoy it. However that was not anything her family would concern themselves about since the female was always in her own space, minding her own business. A shift of atmosphere came over the room and the grey hues that were looking out the window turned away with her head to see the pale male form standing not too far from where she sat, “What are you doing here?” She questions, watching him as he drew closer and closer just to sit down beside her and rest his head in her lap. Her brows furrow at the sudden action, her body becoming stiff as concern and slight fear wash over her. She leans forward a little to look at his face, “Are you okay? What’s the matter?” Because no way in hell would Milo just randomly lay his head on her lap.

character development questions: hard mode
2) What is/was your character’s relationship with their mother like?
Emma’s relationship with her mother was always positive as a very young child. Being the eldest, she looked towards the woman as a role model, and her mother definitely took on her role with pride, giving Emma all the possible opportunities that she could. They had occasional debates and misunderstandings, given the girl’s stubborn nature, yet it was nothing too awful. However, once her possession started taking place, it was her mother that experienced some of the worst consequences of it, with Emma targeting her sensitivity. Name calling and cruel pranks were only the beginning.
3) What is/was your character’s relationship with their father like?
Her father was always devoted to his eldest, definitely spoiling her with gifts and attention. This was what made Emma believe that he favoured her when she was a very young child, yet this was also exactly how she managed to turn against him during her corruption, believing that he was only buying her love. Despite this, he was always her favourite person in the world growing up, even though she can no longer remember these happy feelings without a tinge of resentment.
13) Is your character bothered by the sight of blood? If so, in what way?
Emma was never really bothered by the sight of blood, not even as a kid. She never particularly enjoyed it, but she was fine patching up a cut if her brother had fallen during one of their games, for example. Now, she relishes in the sight of blood, even though her reel doesn’t contain any. She could watch Ted’s or Milo’s tape over and over, the gore captivating her attention from beginning to end.
16) Which does your character idealize most: happiness or success?
Success. Happiness is an emotion that she doesn’t consciously feel much anymore, although she’s not particularly unhappy with her way of life (if you can call it that). The happier feelings she gets are when she watches the films or when she is terrorising a family in the home, but those are more along the lines of satisfaction than joy. Success is far more important to her, the thought of failure being her only real fear at this point.
21) If something tragic or negative happens to your character, do they believe they may have caused or deserved it, or are they quick to blame others?
Quick to blame others, and that’s always been the case. Even when she was alive, Emma would blame her siblings at every opportunity she got, even when it wasn’t a major incident. Now that she’s a ghost, if something negative happens, she’ll usually blame someone else. The mortal family, the other ghost kids, literally anyone else to avoid negative attention being drawn to her.
22) What does your character like in other people?
Emma is attracted to minds with a nature akin to her’s. Those with a sadistic twist on their personality, who are easy to manipulate and persuade into malevolent doings. She also values intelligence in others, unable to stand being around people who she considers stupid or unworthy of her time.
23) What does your character dislike in other people?
As said above, unintelligent people are the bane of her life (especially if they believe themselves to be above her), and she’ll make sure that they know she isn’t fond of them. Also, people who don’t respect or fear her make her feel a little uncomfortable, and she dislikes kids who are spoilt brats with a passion.

❝ Give me the child. ❞ ( don't make me threaten you down the phone again, deputy )
LABYRINTH → the sentence meme.
❝You’re NOT getting him!!❞
With Dylan and his mother stuck right behind him, he made sure to hold out his current weapon … a god damn flashlight. He pointed it at the ghost, as if trying to scare him, as if saying that he wasn’t afraid to use it if he had to.
With the other ghost children coming around, there was only one thing the former-deputy could think of to do : run. And that’s exactly what he said to the young boy and Courtney.
❝Run, go!! To the door!!❞
@familicide .
“Show yourself!!—I’m not AFRAID of you!!”
Okay so maybe that was a lie, the former-Deputy hoping the otherworldly being couldn’t sense that though. With a flashlight in his hand, he spun around quick, also hoping that maybe — just maybe — he could beat this son of a gun up.
But wouldn’t it just go THROUGH the ghost? That’s what the stories said, but the man refused to believe what could be true. All he knew was that he felt someone ( or something ) behind him.
