In the garden of eden there is a snake. The snake is tempting and rebellious. The snake has long hair and breasts. She holds the apple in front of Adam. Adam does not ask any questions. He let's her place the peel between his lips and she watches him bite. Eve pulls the apple away and leans in to taste the juice on his lips. She holds Adams bottom lip between her teeth and tears the skin. Fruit juice and blood dripping down her chest. She holds a bite of Adams flesh between her teeth as he runs and yells out for his god. "God please return to me! The woman you gave to be with me-" god watches the hunt. Eve with nails like the thorns of Christ scratching down Adams back. He bleeds and pleads for justice. "She did it! She gave me the fruit! She's doomed us both!" Eve knows he does not mean her, he means himself and the father. The son and the father will always have more in common than the wife or the daughter. Silly woman. You were made to be a helper. You were made to be a companion. You were made to be a distraction while god is off tending to his gardens. She holds Adam in place while he screams in terror. "Why would you give me the fruit? Why would you poison me? My father will never love me. My father will never trust me. You have doomed me without a life eternal. I will never forgive you." Blood from Adams neck pours in spurts onto Eves chest. She does not ask forgiveness. She stares in the face of god and kills his child, his flesh still hung between her teeth. She has learned the difference between right and wrong. She knows Adam is in the wrong. She is a god as much as he was the devil. Her purity cannot be returned. She never ate from the fruit. She saw into the eyes of god and already held the knowledge of good and evil. She was meant to be ruled over. She has always been a second thought. And that is how she learns to fight for first place. God watches in silence. She drops Adam's corpse. She walks to the river in the garden of Eden. She washes the blood from her skin, from her hair, from under her fingernails. She knows she is nude. She does not cover herself. She knows shame well and this is not shameful. She buries adam under the tree of knowledge, but not before she carves a second rib from his corpse. She will not be alone for long.
