I absolutely agree with you, Warren was so stuck to the fact that someone couldnāt say they were bi cause weāve known them for too long. I didnāt think this at first because i genuinely love kat but it feels like they brought her in to match all these demographics the show didnāt have: young, poc, lgbtq+. it feels like they just wanted to appeal to more people but itās just insane that warren said they couldnāt do it and then literally did it

YES! Iām glad Warren changed his mind, but Iām so confused.š
From the start itās been clear that they brought Kat in to appeal to a younger and more woke demographic, which is great, but blatant twofer token minority characters rub me the wrong way. IDK, the SVU writers can never get it just right. lol Luckily, Jamie is a delight to watch and has been able to pull off anything they throw her way.
