Progress so far with the #granitecape... and just decided i'm gonna Frog 🐸 the lot! 😩 Its my first go at a proper #crochet garment, and i want it 👌🏼 I'm coming up way smaller than @allaboutami 's measurements anyway, must be my tension? (Guurl! U really 5'6!? This baby barely reaches my hips, let alone my knees!) Having invested in lots of gorgeous #hedgehogfibres #millamia and #rico #merino #yarns its the right thing to do to get it all lush and long and drapey! Here goes....

The nice people at LoveKnitting sent me some yarn to try out. Yay! Yarn! What I received in the mail yesterday was three balls yarn from their Scandinavian line, MillaMia. The yarn is Naturally Soft Cotton, it comes in 50 gram balls, a it is a sport weight yarn. The weather just got as hot as blazes around here in Pennsylvania, and I like to use cotton yarn during warm weather, so I was glad…

I've just finished knitting this beautiful little rabbit. She's so cute! I'm a massive fan of Julie Williams' work (her website is http://littlecottonrabbits.typepad.co.uk/ if you want to have a look) and has massively pleased when she put together the patterns for a girl and boy bunny rabbit. She's been knitted in remnants I had of Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino DK and also Millamia 4ply for the dress. I didn't attempt the fairisle part on the dress that was given in the pattern as I'm useless at it but she still looks pretty good :D I'm going to attempt the fox patterns next (all available here: http://littlecottonrabbits.typepad.co.uk/knitting-patterns/ )
And on to the next project. The Millamia wool comes in such zingy colours. And it has a more string like quality. I like.
