Hi everyone!

First of all, we’re very sorry that we haven’t responded to all of your messages (๑◕︵◕๑). We’ve read all of your messages and thank you so much for your positive words and feedback on the trial and error! For those who are having problems while downloading it, please wait for a while and we’ll contact you soon!

Secondly, we’re aware of what’s been happening with @milkybreads (Aiko) lately, and as we have received messages/questions regarding her work with us, we would like to address them here.

Milkybreads/Aiko was a member of Haikyuu Otome Project and she was also the main artist, a position that is now @cheritsundere (Kait). We decided to talk to her first before we post anything here or taking down all of her artworks. Sadly, we’ve got no response from her. She’s been on hiatus from our project for more than a year and other than the promotional artworks that she’s provided for us, she has provided us with the basic sprites; all the coloured sprites that we’ve posted here are NOT Aiko’s. Since we got no words nor explanation from her, we’re going to take down all of her artworks and we’re going to change a few sprites as well.   

As for our project, please do not worry as we are going to continue working on it and we’re going to make sure that all of our artist/artworks are their own and we’ll check before posting it and make sure to keep the integrity of our work.

That being said, we’d like to have your cooperation to stop sending Aiko hate messages and/or death threats. We get that everyone is disappointed and it’s fine if you want to send her messages of constructive criticisms, but cyber bullying is not okay! And of course, tracing art is also not okay! We’re here to spread the love (from the Karasuno boys ;)) (´∀｀)♡

I hope that you guys will continue to keep on supporting us! Thank you for sticking with us for almost 2 years. It’s going to be a long journey and we can’t wait to see the final product of this game. We’re going to do our best!

Milkybreads Tracing Evidence Pt. 2 Even though milkybreads deleted most of her pics off from her blog and twitter, they are still floating around as reblogged posts and/or reposts. This evidence proves that even milkybread’s most recent drawing (the Sugawara Koushi one, which she just deleted) was traced. Please note that the first image shown (one with glasses) was sold as a print on her online store around a year ago. The original artist clearly stated this on their pixiv: “I wholly forbid the reproduction and manufacturing of my work without permission.”

!! Submissions are finally open on this blog, if you know any original sources then please submit them. Be sure to provide the original source/artist. !!

Thanks a lot for letting me know, anon! It’s good to know that the art was taken down for now!

However, that doesn’t actually change all that much (yet). Without ever actually admitting what their mistakes were and explaining it instead of trying to justify it with a mental illness and guilt tripping and without properly apologising to the original artists nothing is solved. 

They made profit out of other people’s hard work and it’s a shame and deleting all the pictures now feels more like hiding evidence instead of actually showing regret. I know, I don’t have the right to make assumptions like these but it’s hard to believe those words. 

I do not want to defend them but I know that this situation is hard. It’s their own fault though but still, I had hoped for something better than just this and the worst is actually how many people don’t even realise that this “apology” is a guilt trip and that deleting everything and going on hiatus is making them look like a victim when they’re clearly not.
