I read quite a bit of omegaverse and that post made me realize that I've never seen mammary glands, nor breastfeeding babies, mentioned in omega biology. I had never considered it (despite it being kinda-necessary for the setting) until your post that literally wasn't even about that said it.
So now I will start to think about omega boobs and think back about old characters thinking "do they have formula?? no way this guy has honkers" or just superimposing boobs on the characters Gandalf style
im not an omegaverse fan but in a moment of curiosity several weeks ago i did do an in depth dive into the details of omegaverse biology so i can tell you with moderate confidence that, as told by a tumblr post from 2015, male omegas develop pseudo breasts during pregnancy and keep them for several months after birth to facilitate breastfeeding. upon completion, the tissue is reabsorbed into the body. hope this helps.
