You're eyes are dialated, the colors you see are brilliant,, vivid, gorgeous. The smell in the cool crisp air chills your nostrils as you breathe in and you feel it fill up your lungs. Thoughts plunge in and out of your mind and you try not to let the negative ones in about how much further you have, thinking about the hardest part still being ahead of you, your brain telling you, "you must stop! You can't go on." And , 'it's okay if you don't push yourself as hard as you know you can...and should. " Life, in a lot of ways is like running a marathon if you live it, stay alert, drive yourself towards goals.
