welp its easy! eat more protein and less bread, pasta, potatoes! like im only allowed to one slice of bread in the morning then no more! when youre hungry, eat more protein cause it fulls you more! also eat a lot during a day! eating a little bit of something every hour is better than a lot of things every 3 hours! so yeah thats my secret ;)

What did you do to celebrate?
i met two of my friends at uni and this other girl too who is now my friend and we went and got drinks at the unibar and then my bestie and i hung out a bit more :) and this weekend we're having that family/friends party which i'm hoping will be fun :) OH and my parents put up decorations for the morning and we opened my pressies and my bestie made me a video of our friendship/me which was the cutest fucking thing ever and then jeca wrote me a song which she's gonna post on here later apparently and afsgdflhjk i love friends <3
