#midnight beta

"decided to try midnight beta for wow again now that its been about a month. it's a lot more pleasant without the insane lag and i can actually catch bugs now lmfao xD i really like the adjustments to the transmog system so far. i can't rememberrrr which other game did it but among the other changes they've made it so now when you change a piece of gar you don't need to instantly get your mog mount and change that piece back to whatever the set was. what i also really like is that there are scenario mogs that will apply automatically for their scenario so... flying, ground mounts, world content, pvp content, delves, dungeons, raids"

the visual is really nice i think - this encroaching all consuming darkness, and these dots of light/sanctity in it. just wanted to share

so far too all aoes i've been seeing are very clear. so far anyway. i also REALLY like this thing they've added to debuffs. so when i get a bleed debuff before i really would never know what the buff does without taking a second to mouse over and read. NOW... at a glance I can see that the buff is causing bleed damage because there's a red droplet icon on the debuff (just stuff i thinkis really cool that i'm geeking a lil about) ok i did see an animation where there was no telegraph but there was a big loading bar that i was able to clearly notice but i just had no idea what was going to happen and it ended up being a frontal cone hit (no telegraph ever appeared) edit: that was an enjoyable dungeon. it was with npcs but it was fun because i could see everything that was happening and had a p clear idea of what was coming/going to happen. the npcs definitely still kinda npc'd around and spazzed/ran all over the place but. iiii didn't have an issue there

also something really cool i noticed but don't know how it works yet... in the dungeon there were waystones at every boss which leads me to think that when you die and are sent to the start of the dungeon, you can pick a waystone to port to instead of having to chase your dumbass human teammates who've sped off ahead and you'll never catch up to and or you may die to trash they left behind
