Let’s be real: the only time that intro was performed live was at the 2019 ExpoShine show in Los Angeles—the comeback gig. And honestly, you aren't missing anything by not being forced to listen to that intro just for the catchphrases. Plus, aside from the obvious copyright issues, wanting to remain associated with a band member—specifically one whose frontman was in court accused of rape and being a predator of minors—would have been a total disaster. Fans already have to put up with a certain member just because she got married; having to listen to the voice of her alleged ex-lover on top of that? No way.

The fact that they scrapped this character's lines simply because the role was performed by the MSI guitarist completely debunks the theory from that Carrd claiming Lindsey was hugely important to Danger Days just because she coined the phrase "The Afternoon is Secondary." Yeah, aside from "Summertime," she has about as much relevance as the character Show Pony (whom they could have scrapped too, seeing as that guy is a MAGA supporter).

Anyway... you guys liked the character before you even knew who was behind the voice, and let's face it, you wouldn't want to get a tattoo or drawing of a guitarist who freely wore buttons with Nazi symbols around town, so just suck it up.🥱

For those who want to know the full context:

The Beastie Boys were a punk band in the 80s and 90s where the drummer decided to form her own band called lucious jackson; this band was a sister band to the Beastie Boys because they were on the same label and because they were also friends. The band left the scene in the early 2000s but returned in the 2010s with a new album, being active again, a type of "activity" emerged among several celebrities which was to write a letter recounting some experience related to them.

I've seen the accusations that Lindsey is racist and a bully but didn't want to believe them because how is someone as sweet as Gerard Way married to a woman like that? now I do.

First of all, I'm sorry for the experience with her, but I hope the rest of the show made up for that unpleasant situation. But getting back to the subject, I read the card more than four times, and this year alone, I read it two more times just to be sure. Either people thought Lindsey Way herself created a fake account and was the original author of the card, and they interpreted it as an official apology from Lindsey herself, or unfortunately, this fandom I was thirsty and hungry for a female representation to idolize, since it has little representation, and they took the worst example for themselves.

I really don't understand why some fans are trying to say that Lindsey wasn't trying to defend Euringer. I was there watching the whole mess unfold in real time, two days before the infamous live stream done by her own sister. She deleted almost all the replies she made regarding this, and started trying to mislead by sharing posts about how to identify a pimp (after the shit had already hit the fan). The curious thing was that I was recently looking at the deleted posts and ended up finding a peculiar reply from a guy who claimed to be a fan (he was probably dragged into the mess by one of the exposed accounts, since he appears in a photo with Lindsey, which makes his reply even more intriguing)

LYNZ PRETENDED TO BE INDIAN

In 2012, Lindsey caught the attention of fans by claiming to have half French and half Indian ancestry. The post remains on her Twitter. As soon as an Indian MCR account started interacting, so did the lies.

Let's look at some things that are indeed problematic when lying about your ancestry:
