Itโd been an investigation heโd gotten to see early. Apollo technically didnโt have a client, and he was technically... not working today... but he couldnโt keep his curious eyes away from a crime scene, and the police, having recognized him, seemingly, hopefully, let him in. Surprisingly, there wasnโt much around to look at, in fact, there really seemed to be... no one around. Was this even a crime scene?ย
Then came the nondescript man. He bumped shoulders with Apollo, and that was the only time the off-the-clock attorney seemed to notice him. Before Apollo could say anything at all, though, he was too far away for it to be socially acceptable. Yeah, that was suspicious. He could have been a witness, but Apollo didnโt trust it, so he started walking in the direction he came from, towards the lake dock.ย
