I use the iDeer player for Blu-rays and VLC player (which is free online) for DVDs and other files, both of which have “snapshot” functions to save stills to a folder you specify on your computer. Blu-rays are always fine because they produce a big/good image but sometimes captures from downloaded files or even DVDs can be disappointingly small.

All you have to do is take this visual test and this auditory one and just record your results in here! also, if you could specify if you are an artist, musician, or neither that would be very helpful!!! And if you don't feel comfortable writing your name it's no biggie what so ever!

For the visual one, pick any color(s) you want. just as long as i have three results, it's perfectly fine! Also, after pressing "start" have your cursor hovering over "stop" so you're ready for it. and for the auditory one, have a practice trial so you know where to hover your cursor over the red dot! I think it's best to have a practice trial for both, but just quickly record your first three results after that and that's it!
