Whether it be just to myself or blast it so loud the neighbors can hear. Til this day I use music to help me in so many was. To dance around the kitchen when I make dinner. To have my own concert in the car to get to work. Or to just be there for my when my anxiety and depression get bad. Music is my therapy. Something that never lets me down. Something I never go a day without. It’s always there and there is literally a song for every emotions or situation you’re in. It’s a distraction and drug to help numb the pain. Without it, life would be just so much harder.
