Here’s the finished scan of my freehand colored pencil Michael Scott drawing. :) I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to do the background freehand but I wanted to rise to the challenge. It’s not perfect by any means, but the source image looked funky too :) It’s all colored pencil except for some marker base for his suit and a little paint pen on his pupil highlights. I’ve been hard at work the past few days on this freehand colored pencil portrait of Michael Scott. It’s been a challenge but fun. I’ve tried drawing Steve as Michael Scott at least three other times and I was never happy with the result. I’ve been working extra hard to try to get this one right.
