Mankiewicz screen adaptation of the 1950 Frank Loesser Broadway musical Guys and Dolls, 1955. This number didn't appear in the original stage production and was written especially for Vivian to sing as Adelaide in the film (Blaine originated the role on Broadway). Choreography for this scene was devised by Michael Kidd and featured glittering kitty-cat costumes designed by Irene Sharaff.

BB: Haha, this is nice.~ You and I usually never get to dance like this, especially since youโd usually be performing or we get too busy with the kids or something else ends up happening. Hopefully Baxter and Namie donโt mind being the main parents for a couple months, haha!~
Michael: Haha, I think theyโll be fine. Besides, the kids are getting into their teens now so they should all be fine. Although, I can imagine Namie giving both of us an earful about how long weโve been gone for.~
(DONโT FORGET, KIDD AND BILLY ARE OPEN FOR INTERACTIONS TOO ;w;)
And now for something completely different...
Choreographed by Michael Kidd, in the 1953 Vincente Minnelli-directed film The Band Wagon, "Dancing in the Dark," performed by Fred Astaire and Cyd Charisse, is indisputably one of the top dance performances of all time in a musical film... the very definition of poetry in motion.
