Michael cares so strongly for his family this includes Lucifer despite being the one to cast him out (offically) he can't bring himself to harm him more than he alreadly has eons ago. He more of the calm collected brother that tries keeping everyone else safe and out of trouble if possible. He has a fear losing anyone else. If he could change what happened to Lucifer he would but he can't...this leads into the fallen verse
