Yeah, I definitely include that as a component of health and welfare. An animal that is neurotic, fearful, or unstable, or suffers from a disorder like OCD or Rage Syndrome is not one that is healthy or happy. While you can obviously treat genetically-based temperament disorders just like you can treat any congenital disease, I don’t think a dog suffering from those kinds of disorders could be considered healthy or “ideal,” certainly not something you should breed for or see a lot in your breeding program. :/

i don't like that drugs are the only thing that's helped me, especially valium, but i've tried their bite blocks/mouth guards and they were horrible, and often just made my jaw stiff. they only kept me from cracking my teeth from clenching my jaw in my sleep.

i 100% intend to! i was so bummed i couldn't go this year, it was on a saturday i was working and i had just taken a vacation so i couldn't ask for the day off. im determined to make it to the next one!
