Actually hold on since I've brought up george's more "vor-ish" unique dialogue where he talks about actually being the taxi cab instead of the driver a couple of times at this point, now I'm actually curious to see if anyone in the fandom has or can think of a sort of actual explanation for why he says that dialogue- cause, with the other puppets dialogue you can reasonably assume "oh they picked that up from either watching the tv once they were left alone or they picked that up from watching human employees" but like- it's genuinely hard to think of an explanation for that one george dialogue. Cuz i doubt any human employees were just talking about that stuff, and the game takes place way before that stuff even had a word for it and even in terms of stuff on tv if they had all watched the same stuff then it'd not really make sense as to how george got the most complete version of that idea picked up meanwhile the most the others get is just- the idea of swallowing their hands.
I've tried to think of a couple of ideas like it being a sort of developed trauma thing, like him wanting to be seen as a form of safety [ in this case, a taxi cab ] after he had seen how unfriendly the rest of the world is, but other than that there's not many other ideas i got for why he says that so i genuinely wanna see if anyone else has got better explanations or theories for it.

I'M BACK! It's been a while, but I hope everyone is having a good 2026 so far. I've been experimenting with some new features in Clip Studio Paint lately. This was supposed to be posted in January if I didn't get sick (RIP my first month of the year, lol). However, it's perfect timing for Iron Lung's release and The Mortuary Assistant coming out soon. Anyway, onto the post!
Based on the 'Fave Character Dynamic' meme and the My Friendly Neighborhood concept Art by Jesse Turner (jouste), I had this in my head for a while and wanted to draw a possible theory of mine if we get another MFN game to explore more of Gordon and Ricky's dynamic and how it changes over time, especially if the roles are reversed midway in the possible second game. Let's say in this Sequel AU, Gordon and Ricky survived the Great Chaotic Shadow Maze War. Don't ask how they survived doing the Mystic Twist on the battle studio field. Teaching puppets from dark fantasy movies how to be friendly isn't easy.
