With the countdown of all the days of MayHem, and all the videos that were a part of it, and all the hints we got that Jack was comatose from KJSE, and that Chase was running the channel, and the other egos are nowhere to be seen, it’s making me think. Jack’s not really hinting anything new in his recent videos except the odd backwards message and glitch camera here and there, but he is aware of us celebrating Mayhem one year on on here and on other platforms.
I can just imagine we get to the last day of the Mayhem, the last celebratory posts of the last video that marked the Mayhem are posted. We wait for Jack’s video. It’s an hour late. That’s nothing new since Jack has been less tied to the upload times recently. Nothing to worry about. The video goes up. It’s 10 minutes of black screen, no noise but static. It’s titled ‘W’ Scroll down the page of the video you see only one link in the description. You click it. It take you to another video. It’s one of the videos from Mayhem, maybe the first episode of Stories Untold, maybe TIE, maybe something else. But now it’s titled ‘A’. The description is emptied to one link yet again. You click it. Video after video, you click link after link. All the videos are either black screen and static or an old video from almost exactly one year ago. Probably halfway through the search, you’ll notice it. Or maybe after you’ve clicked all the videos, you’ll notice it. Or maybe someone in the community elsewhere have compiled the videos together and found the secret for you. The names of the videos: ‘W’ ‘A’ ‘K’ ‘E’ ‘U’ ‘P’ ‘J’ ‘A’ ‘C’ ‘K’ You click the last video, ‘K’. It starts off with another video from Mayhem, but something is off. The audio is muffled, and there’s a rhythmic beeping in the background. Almost like the beep of a heart monitor. The video suddenly changes, to another video from Mayhem. It’s changes again, much quicker. Soon there’s nothing but flashing lights as the videos switch from one to the other, their audio layering on top of one another until it’s a static mess, only deafened out by the beeping heartbeat. As the videos flash you notice something becoming clearer. The outline of a face. Soon the super fast montage of videos fade to a shot of Jack. He’s in a hospital bed, eye closed, an oxygen mask over his mouth. Eventually you hear the static turning to voices. It’s the same recording of Chase you’ve heard so much over the past few days:
“Jack! Jack! This is Chase. You need to wake up.”
The beeping stops.
Jack’s eyes open.
The video ends.
