i kinda feel this like im all for critiquing stuff but 2 hours makes me go I Sleep. whats funny tho is ppl brought up hbomberguy’s 2-hour-long why sherelock holmes is trash and said it didnt get as much flack as the su vid, which i agree is kinda shitty on those people. but even as someone who kinda likes hbomberguys content, if you linked me to the sherelock vid i wouldnt rly care. its trash bc i just dont like it i dont wanna hear abt it for 2 hours straight

I was just thinkin to myself now about how like... I’m not in the Youtube Loop so i wouldn’t know of other long-ass videos like that or if they caught as much shit. If it was something obvious that I knew about, I’d probably see the problem a little easier- like if there’s dozens of 2-hour videos Everyone has seen but this is the One that everyone hates, then yeah I’d be like.... ok something’s up here.

But also just like.... Who tf cares enough about Sherlock Holmes to even so much as find that video let alone cause shit over it lmao. The fandom for SU is pretty damn volatile, I don’t even know if there’s a SH fandom...........

Yeah tho, just....... The only thing 2 hours long imma watch on youtube is a goddamn movie. If it’s so much of an ‘essay’ then it should be constructed together well enough to break down into parts so people can come back later and pick up where they left off. Stringing it all together into two whole hours instead of breaking it down is just plain Bad Youtubing.
