Fitness Journey: Day 018/250 - All in
Does anyone love anything as much as Zack Snyder loves slow motion sequences? It's like porn to the guy 😂 he seriously added a slow motion montage of Aquaman drinking whiskey, like seriously WTF! If you haven't gathered by now I'm talking about Justice league which I finally watched today after successfully avoiding spoilers for almost a week and I honestly wouldn't recommend that piece of shit film to anybody, seriously fuck DC for getting my hopes up with the Wonder Woman film then just shitting all over them.
Anywaaaaaay on a more positive note my fitness journey is on the right track
Got up before the crack of dawn and did a 6K. I noticed my fitness has seriously improved and it feels so good 🎶. Wasn't a breeze but I didn't have to struggle through it.
Went to the gym and did a 5 by 5 routine (overhead press, bench press, barbell row and squats) together with some dumbbell curls for the biceps 💪🏾. Didn't have to get on the treadmill since I did the morning run.
Stayed away from milk and sugar. In place I took some ginger tea (ginger, tea leaves and lemon). I also didn't take any snacks in the theater, soda especially.
Still hydrating like a boss.
Loving the consistency, hopefully I keep going. After the gym session today I can feel the soreness coming but no pain no gain right?
Onwards and Upwards.
