I love how perceptive you are of people’s facial structures; it’s SO COOL! + Eeeeeeee we have the same diary! (the same spread is open right in front of me rn)
Thank you Mi! People's head shapes are so fun to draw (or to be more precise, fun people's fun head shapes). AND YEAHHH DIARY SISTERS. Choo introduced me to this shop last year and all the stuff is so cute! I really like this diary; it's so good. oWo
Merry (late) Christmas, Meshellfish! (Or happy Boxing day if you prefer) I had a ton of fun doing this one! As soon as I read that part about the bug cuisine I was just like "yes I know exactly what I must draw" So here's Hiro playing with his food while Sierra silently regrets buying him said food.

AH I KNOW THE FEELING MOCHI-DONO. growing-up really is weird LOL I WAS THE OPPOSITE. I WAS REALLY POPULAR AND HAPPY-GO-LUCKY A++ STUDENT AS A KID. and then i progressively turned into myself which is just as well *__* AHHH CONGRATS ON YOUR GROWTH!!
It's really interesting to hear about how different or not-so-different people were as children! I think it's fine however we turn out, though, as long as we're comfortable with ourselves. High-five for being us!

Woo hoo! You go girl! This is a little different but, I’ve heard of shy people who become a completely different person when they act because they are playing a role which is not representative of their true personalities;which gives themselves a release? Kind of like the ultimate freedom haha
Ah! Freddie coolestdudeever Mercury was known to have this AMAZING stage presence and admitted to actually being very shy and reserved. It's definitely liberating when you're acting rather than being. I've often been told that I "become a different person" onstage; a guy in my drama class said to me that before he saw me perform, I was so quiet that he had no idea I was even in the class—haha. So I'm still very shy compared to most people, but I've just become much more comfortable with being in the spotlight.
1, 2, 16!
Michelle! c:
1: What did you do in 2012 that you’d never done before?
I hugged someone as bony as I am, and now I know what people mean when they say I'm a terrible hugger.
2: Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I'm pretty sure I didn't, because I don't even remember them. I could've sworn I'd written them down somewhere. Every year I tell myself I'll draw more, though. I'll try not to make as many resolutions for next year, because I know I had a huge list.
16: What song will always remind you of 2012?
"Pumped Up Kicks" by Foster the People, and anything from Bye Bye Birdie
