The CCC Alpha HS project visited PNCA's Community Art Festival on Saturday. The students displayed their design poster board, various systems, sense-of-place and ecology maps, concept and mechanical drawings as well as their design logs, the full-scale prototype (not pictured here) and part of the apiary made from salvaged cabinets.
Project lead-instructor Joan Lundell (second from left) is framed by Taylr, Missy and Kristina (from left to right). The presenting students were in constant conversations with visitors and apparently secured a speaking engagement with a Portland beekeeping organization.
