Set just after the medical examination (which took about a week), Perry’s colleagues decided to do some decorating in his newly-assigned cubicle. He will truly appreciate being treated with this much respect and dignity, this will not impact him negatively in any way.

Gotta be honest these are mostly inspired by H2O but shhhhh, there might be more later. But I would think he’d be able to turn invisible (limited time, only in merman form), use siren song (well.) and talk to animals!

This is what I imagine happening when transforming, I assume he's fast enough to kick off his shoes but his pants are ruined. He probably has extra clothes in his hat because this was bound to happen one day, it’s a miracle it took so long.

Being recruited by OWCA since basically his birth, him being a merman somehow still managed to be a surprise to them (I imagine him being half-mer (having both gills and lungs, also having the ability to transform)). Between the ages of 16 and 20, during a training, he suddenly transformed and was subsequently separated from the other agents. That’s where this anatomy analysis comes from.
