Some people keep saying Merize looks like Iruma but I don't think it's supposed to be because they're related, I think it's because humans are meant to be 'softer' than demons. Clara and Sullivan probably aren't physically reducing to near-chibi (although that's hard to be sure), Purson probably has more detailed features than we see - this is a style thing, meant to impart a particular impression. Iruma in his 'evil phase's don't seem to draw a "hey you look different" so much as a "hey you're acting weird", so his features probably aren't as sharp/sharper than drawn, it's just a representation of the change.
