☆: You were scavenging for some treasures and stuff to sell in a shipwreck cemetery hidden in the depths of the sea. You had to get some to sell to the merchant so you could buy yourself your energon rations. For now you already had a lot, though you never know what beauties you can find hidden in the sand.

☆:You were oh so mesmerized by your research that you didn’t see the well known ship appear on the surface, a net attached to its rear as it got closer to your unaware self. It was lowered deep enough to snatch any sea creature, but it was aiming for you. The captain of this ship knew where most merformers did their scavenging, that’s why everyday he’d throw his fishing net in the ocean, lowering it as much as he could as he sailed above the cemetery, he wouldn’t let any siren slip.

☆: You were the unfortunate one to get caught in his net, it quickly closed before you could get out of it as it started to lift closer and closer to the surface. You then recognized the boat, your bright optics widening in fear as you realized what you accidentally got yourself into.

☆: You were almost blinded by the sunlight as you were used to the dark depths, your tail very visible to the captain of this ship as he smirked. This ship, the one that fished you up, something that never happened to you before, was the ship of the one and only Knockout the Siren Hunter. Recognized all around the planet as one of the best and most skillful sea creature hunter to ever be.

☆: His crimson optics glazing at you like a trophy, his prideful smirk on his face, his perfect and unscratched scarlet red paint job, his dark red-ish trench coat tail in his lower back, he looked like the type of cybertronian that sailed day and night just for the thrill. He looked at his catch from tail to faceplate as it lowered on the boat’s deck.

☆: The net opened, you could only support yourself with your servos as you laid on your tail, unable to move other than by crawling. It was embarrassing, though your feeling quickly went away as he grabbed your chin so your lowered face would instead look into his deep red optics.

☆: He observed you, he looked into your optics, fascinated as he spoke in an almost genuine tone, soft but with a very obvious hint of pride that he definitely had trouble containing, if he even tried to; “I knew I’d catch something today…” he said bluntly, almost mocking as he let your chin go. He ordered his crew to sail back to shore as he had what he wanted.

☆: He then walked back to you and picked you up, you didn’t struggle as the fact that you weren’t in the water weakened you. He then put you in an aquarium in his cabin, big enough to fit two of you if he could. He definitely was prepared for this type of fishing. You managed to slowly regain your strength as you were back in your element. Knockout observed you, still a smirk of pride on his faceplate, almost arrogantly.

☆: He then spoke again, this time it was softer, more concern than pride in his tone; “You should get some rest while we travel, you don’t really have any opportunity to do so on shore…”

☆: You listened to him, not because he asked, but because you felt tired anyway, all the scavenging since this morning was starting to get tiring. The captain watched as you surprisingly quickly fell asleep, a slight but silent chuckle was heard from him as he exited the cabin, closing its door slowly before locking it.

☆: For now, regaining energy was your only concern, you knew what bots could do to merformers, they used your kind like zoo animals, pets, and sometimes slaves, though Knockout seemed… different from the others. Still what he could do to you was unpredictable, he could sell you, keep you as a pet, who knows? Though you’ll never know until you arrive at shore…
