1. The first character I first fell in love with

The doctor, I was kind of skeptical about Doctor Who when my friends first told me to watch it, so I started watching when Eleven was introduced (blasphemy I know!). The moment he went: “Hello, I’m the Doctor. Basically… RUN!” I fell in love, because badass. 

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now

Donna Noble. At first I was just like: oh yes another sassy redhead that’s alright I guess. But after a few episodes she became such an interesting character. Her exit was so very tragic and never fails to reduce me to tears.

3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t

Rory Williams. I just can’t relate to him. He’s sweet and everything, but he’s so insecure. In the asylum of the daleks he’s just mean and inconsiderate towards Amy and I lost a lot of respect for him in one episode.

 4. The character I love that everyone else hates

Does the fandom really hate any characters? 

5. The character I used to love but don’t any longer

River Song. I adored her in The silence in the library but now she’s just getting on my nerves. I’m over the whole ‘secret of River song’ business and I despise her relationship with the Doctor. For me, Doctor Who should be about the dynamic between the Doctor and the companion, not his so-called ‘mysterious’ wife.

6. The character I would totally smooch

The Doctor, because spacewhore.

Amy Pond. She’s a bamf and I could use some of her confidence. 

8. The character I’d slap

The Doctor. Everyone seems to want to slap his pretty face and I want to see what the fuss is about.

Amy/Eleven. I just adore them, because reasons.
