put a finger down if you've ever been so exhausted that you can barely get out of bed and therefore can't shower or brush your hair so you end up getting a giant mat at the nape of your neck that, when you finally CAN manage to shower after a week and a half, takes you twenty minutes and half a bottle of conditioner to comb out and then you still have to actually wash and detangle the rest of your ~24"/61cm long hair, rinse it, wash and rinse your body, so you're showering under near boiling water (because even slightly cool water feels like fucking torture even during summer) for like an hour and then when you get out the temperature shock between hot water and cool-ish bathroom triggers your other symptoms and gives you vertigo as you're already overheating because you can't regulate your own body temperature so you nearly fall multiple times as you dry off and get dressed and then as soon as you get back to bed you just flop into it and can't move for approximately 2-5 business days
