Mangan Menu Book

As promised on a previous blog post, here it is - New Mangan Menu Inside Pages.

Images above are just some of the pages inside the Menu Book,  you can see the whole book on all Mangan Stores. Images uploaded may differ on the actual book, as I have to enhance the images due to poor lighting when I took these shots.

Very thrilled that I had published my first Menu Book and it is out on all 5 Mangan Stores. Company ordered 750 Copies of this! So, I had to make sure that there are no errors, and that people will like it. That is how serious this project was.

One of the most challenging to conceptualize, because the Previous Menu Book (bottom image) already had an appeal, and to better it, is one challenging task.

If I remember, I made at least 4 studies of this. The approach I did was to first find the Brand Identity - clean yet sophisticated, luxurious yet humble (at least of what I perceive of the brand, hehe!)

The moment I found what fits the brand, succeeding pages went swiftly. Though, what took time was the Food Photography as there are a lot of new food items! Also, it had to be shot on different dates, as food is also being reviewed for approval by higher management.

Will post the inside pages on another entry, for now, this is the only photo of the Menu Book I made, the front and back cover. (wait for the inside pages! For some, this may look boring, but I don’t know why it still thrills me to this day)
