Mental Self. I believe that humans learn or gain knowledge in two ways. Some people learn by doing or experiencing something and some people learn through logical reasoning. I myself learn by doing or experiencing something. I think this is what I believe that helps me gain knowledge because I am able to experience and understand something. Our mental self is so powerful that it is very eager to do and/or willing to do what is asked. It can dominate the other self if we let it to that would lead to threatening our own self and face judgment because it looks like that we are self-centered.

When I was in Senior High School I started taking down notes at first but I ended up just taking pictures which weren’t helpful at all tbh. For me doing this kind of thing exercises my mind because somehow I unconconciously review the lesson when I’m catching up with my notes. Also for college this would really help me a lot with subjects that involves the same topics. I need to do everything to pass college cuz Mapua life.
