Begin writing your new story today!
It's Monday and it's time to start a new a page in your journal this week. Be prepared to write about all of the magnificent things the Universe is sending your way. May I suggest something? Go ahead and write this sentence on your paper right now...." The most amazing thing just happened"... In the interim I’d like for you to execute a few steps towards ensuring you have a successful day:
1. Breath Out last night and your Morning up Energy. Take a deep breath (through your nostrils) but DO NOT swallow. Pull your tummy towards your back and then breath out slowly as you do this OPEN YOUR MOUTH (if you need to make the breathe out noise this helps you know you are doing it correctly) Repeat this process 3 times.
2. Say out Loud with a sense of knowing. OK, Rhonda, what is that? Well, Sugar Foot it’s easy. Think of something that you know for certain. For example; I know for certain that my name is Rhonda. No-one can convince me otherwise. Simple right. Therefore just as sure as I know my first name I can now make these statements:
· I am grateful for my life.
· I am grateful for my job.
· I am grateful to be alive.
· I am grateful that I can see, walk, talk, read and run.
· I am grateful I have a car to drive.
· I am grateful that I have money in the bank.
· I am grateful to have a home.
· I am grateful I have health insurance.
· I am grateful that both my parents are alive.
· I am grateful to genuine people who care about me.
The above statements may seem small to some but the bigger picture is this, one must “Over stand” there are people who aren’t able to make one or more of these statements today because these statements are luxuries and do not apply to their current circumstances. By showing Gratitude for the small things we open more universal doors towards our success.
3. Automate the Good, Positive, Can Do INTENT Censor in your brain. This is the Censor that says today all people plan to do Good and Positive things for/towards me. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I can do anything that I intend to do. I will be successful in all matters concerning me.
4. Enjoy the remainder of the day and anytime you see yourself slipping repeat steps 1-3.
