i remember that once, in elementary school, i got pulled away to talk to someone in a room. i was confused and scared, when they were asking me about my home life, and i felt so nervous. like i was in trouble. i lied,

when i went home, i told them i got talked too, and i bragged to my father that i told them lies. i remember the face he made at me, embarrassed and ashamed, quickly turned into anger. he told me that no, i wasnt supposed to lie, and i was confused and hurt.

as i got older, cps tried to talk to us more and more. although it wasnt at school, it was at my home, knocking frequently. my father made us hide, made us stay quiet and refuse to answer. cps became one of his delusions, one of the things he was paranoid about. always asked if they were outside. told us not to talk to them.

i believe my school counselor got me set up with someone in cps, though i dont remember the details. i remember having someones number in cps. i remember calling them and telling the truth. i remember i wanted out, i remember wanting someone to know how much i was suffering,
