Session 1 - Meme Summary

The party died, spoke to (was spoken at by) their gods, woke up butt naked in the woods. Ashe decided the best course of action was to puss in boots the situation to the nearby towns people. They managed to get some (essentially potato sack) clothes but were also low key run out of town.

Session 2 - Meme Summary 

The party found a new town and a new member. Ashe was no longer the shortest, much to their delight. Oakley was excited to see the townies setting up a pyre, expecting a burning man experience. They weren’t wrong per se, but it was less music and more Salem. The party decided to try to save the ‘witch’ through the collection of evidence and very believable (nat 20, guided, and inspired) series of lies. They were clearly a party of supernatural investigators, here to save an innocent woman. The potato sacks are a uniform, for sure. 

During the investigation, Ashe couldn’t help but notice the new guy had one foot in the grave already. Maybe he just needs a little push to finish the job. They’re joking, of course. Probably. 

Session recap meme style

So I had to duck out of the session temporarily. DM resolved this by having Ashe space out and be dragged around by Kai and Aspen for a while. They very helpfully filled Ashe's bag with grass. Thanks team.

Session 3 - Meme Summary

The party was given 24 hours to prove the woman in custody was not a witch. They split up, half talking to the woman, half getting character references from the tavern. They reconvened, heading to the church for one last investigation before bedding down. Ashe scared off the night priest asking too many questions but the night was uneventful. The group talked to the head priest in the morning, stating their case and trying to get him to vouch for their story. It was going well until he turned on them, claiming they were there to mislead and disturb. Oakley (nature) hulked out, scaring the priest senseless. And there was another interrogation to be done. The priest was a warlock but the party incapacitated him, not without first treating him to backstreet boys via bard magic and druid backing vocals while Leona and Ashe found his evil basement. Apparently Everyone is a witch here (except the woman on trial)
