Fitness ain't a competition
Finished a gym workout today! Kudos to the lady that kept glaring at me throughout my run + planking etc…you fuelled me to run faster because I was annoyed, and annoyance = run faster to vent frustration. I think people should be nicer to one another in gyms, ESPECIALLY gyms. Fitness isn’t a competition. There’s no need to ‘judge’ others. Just do your own thang, gurl. I mean, yes, you can compare with others to better improve yourself. But at least do it discreetly? Not like outrightly STARE at the person. Personally, I feel that fitness is a competition with YOURSELF.
