It didn’t take much empathy to be horrified at what had happened. Having a bloody dead body dumped on your head in front of the whole school, that was the type of humiliation that Sasha would never withstand. She probably wouldn’t have survived it. That was why, despite the fact that she hated her, the girl couldn’t even remotely be amused by what had happened. As the school scrambled around reacting, she’d gone straight to the other girl, rushing up the steps of the stage, something she hadn’t felt before propelling her. She didn’t even look at the body, but she’d gotten texts as she rushed her away from the scene with a teacher leading them that it was someone she’d been close to. Following to the nurse’s office, she was shocked when the two of them were left alone, the nerves finally kicking in as she looked over. “Uh...” She didn’t have anything good to say, there was nothing to say, this was horrific. This meant that there was someone sadistic enough to do this, possibly among them. Possibly targeting them. “Do you want my jacket?” She asked, lifting the puffy parka off her shoulders, although that wouldn’t really help with the blood. “What can I do? Is there anything? I can see if they’ll let us leave but I feel like... The police will want to talk to us... God, that’s just so much blood.” She winced, shaking her head, and then realised she hadn’t asked the most obvious question. “Are you okay?”

   Oliver can’t help but hear his mother’s shrill voice repeating those words over and over and over again in his ears. You’re going to hell, on repeat like a broke record. He looked at Archer sadly and nodded, pulling himself up to stand. “She didn’t know we were broken up,” he explains, “I didn’t know she’d just.... come to you, I─ I’m so sorry, Archer, she’s fucking psychotic.” He puts his head in his hands before his fingers rake through his hair. “I── I’m sorry. This wasn’t meant to happen. I promise you... you won’t ever have to deal with me or my batshit crazy family again. I─ I’ll go.”
