So much of what I post is in hopes that other trans folks will see parts of my journey and feel a little less alone and maybe feel a little bit of hope for their future as well. Through editing these videos and going through old memories, this process has opened up new doors of healing and self-love.
As I say often, I am very very privileged. Privileged to have access to gender-affirming healthcare that allowed me to get top surgery. The fight continues for ALL trans folks to have access to the care they need to thrive as their true self.

We're moving into the new year and anti-trans legislation is already beginning again. Gender-affirming healthcare gives trans kids happy futures by providing them with the support and care they need to thrive and survive as their true selves. ππ³οΈββ§οΈ

What do I have to say about that? So much. I have so so much to say, but for now I will save my time and energy and leave you with this: trans folks are not responsible for the discomfort of cis folks. Your discomfort around trans folks simply existing as their most authentic self is discomfort that is up to you to unpack on your own time with your own energy and intent.
Us trans folks are here to stay whether you're comfy with that or not. π³οΈββ§οΈ
