#medium town

-a closed take out box in front of an ancient tree

-crows cawing at no one

- an old timey mustang with chrome in 2018

-one flower blooming brightest only in the dead of winter

-dead leaves piled up under a bus stop bench

-seagulls whining for food above the local target (the ocean is 3 hours away)

You read about, see it on televison and facebook. Its everywhere! Teenagers are supposed to go out late into the night, hang out with there friends every chance they get, Dont get me wrong I don't care about normal...to much. But I guess i just feel different then whats publicized accross our media these days. Im lucky if we hang out late into the night, and spend every minute together because my friends are eaither too busy working, spending time with there boyfriends, or they don't live close enough where your not wasting half a gas tank, that costs close to 50 dollars to fill in this economy. And when we do get a chance to hang what is there to do in the medium sized town.

In a medium sized town you know some-not all. There not much to do besides hang out at the local mall, which gets boring. You need to live near the ocean-or a lake to not be bored all day. This town does have a lake-two actually, but unless you want a two thoudand dollar fine the best one is off limits because its our drinking water and the second is barly something you could call a pond. Besides im not sure if theres even a public beach. What am i getting at here...I really don't know but i guess is there such a thing as normal.
