Full Moon last night. A March Moon. A ‘Worm Moon’. ‘Eagle Moon’, ‘Goose Moon’, ‘Crow Comes Back Moon’. To give it a few of its names. A friend reminded me that it was an opportunity to ‘release’ some things and so for the first time I did. Wrote them down. Burnt them in the moonlight. Thanked the Moon. Then got back in the warm 🥶. This morning I read this Marcus Aurelius quote in today’s Daily Stoic entry. Everything links up. I feel at peace so far this morning. Is that the Full Moon ritual or the thought of me doing it? I do not know.
