My love for seafood never dies! Back here at J65 for their Lobster Rock N Roll Buffet dinner. They have all things lobsters from Lobster Laksa, Lobster in Chili Crab Sauce, Grilled Lobster, Cold Lobster, Lobster Thermidor, Lobster Fried Rice, and many more. I've been here a couple times for business lunch and birthdays. The food was always good and fresh. Don't forget to try the Durian Pengat too. So yum!! . Argentinian winery Terrazas de los Andes has collaborated with several of Singapore's top restaurants to offer pairing of beef and wine. Terrazas Reserva Malbec is available for a special price to pair with the featured beef and steak offering at each establishment. 🥩🥩🥩 . We visited @mimirestaurantsg to check out the pairing aptly named “Terrazas and Beef”. Upon entering this hidden restaurant, we were transported into a beautiful Mod Chinese restaurant. 🥩🥩🥩 . The intense red wine boasts fruity flavour with a smooth finish, perfect to be paired with slightly peppery Mimi's Beef Cubes (S$24++). Cut from wagyu beef, these cubes are bursting with flavour. We also had Wagyu Chao Fan (S$22++) drizzled with truffle oil. One thing comes to mind, this restaurant deserves better recognition! 🍷🍷🍷 . Had an amazing lunch at @saltgrillandskybar trying out Westholme Wagyu Ribeye. 🥩🥩🥩 . This @Westholme Wagyu Ribeye from Australia (distributed by Culina) was very tender and juicy. And look at the amount of truffle! 🥩🥩🥩 . This "Meat To Share" platter is priced at S$228++ and is also accompanied with 4 different sauces and Hand-cut Chips and Herb Salt. 🍟🍟🍟 .
