Walking my dog this morning. I think the rain from Calgary moved this way. I often go to Westvue Dog Park…. Usually each morning as it’s a quick, off leash area. Nymeria, my golden doodle, loves to run and play. It’s a 1 km loop and she runs the whole thing as I toddle behind. I’m often struck by the sparseness of trees in this field. There’s something about a single tree standing alone in the sun that resonates with me. Blue, stormy skies, a touch of sunlight, a single tree.
