Ingredients: 1 cup cooked lentils. 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds. 1 tablespoon taco seasoning. 1 ripe avocado. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 tablespoon lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves for taco shells.
