Its officially what I call pellet smoker season. It’s below freezing, and there won’t be many long cooks you’ll find me tending a fire until spring. I’m tossing these pork shoulders on autopilot with the @spider.grills and the @meatergram doing the heavy lifting. I get people asking me about my Meater block on pretty much a daily basis. I got mine back when it was a pre-order on Kickstarter, so I’ve had it a while.
