Evening Visit

Leia was forever grateful for all that Bado did for her. He was like a father to her, but she would never say that aloud. It would be far too presumptuous, she felt. (Uncle was probably more fitting anyway) That’s why she was eager to leave home when she was 18. After all he had done, Leia didn’t want to be a burden for any longer than necessary. For about a year, she had been living on her own and it was going well! She did miss home, though. Both her home in the sea and her home at the blacksmith’s so she made a habit of visiting the home she could visit.
Once the forge was closed, Leia decided to pay a visit. Hopefully, he would be home. With her, Leia brought a dish she had made earlier. Wrapped in tinfoil was fish curry and rice, a new recipe she tried out, and who better to test it then Uncle Bado! Leia knocked on the door of the forge shop with her homemade dish in her other hand.
